Olivera Resort Hotel

We stayed for 9 days with our family; the rooms, sheets, and towels smelled wonderful, and minutes after you put the room cleaning card in your door, the cleaning team starts cleaning your room. The food is good and plentiful, all the staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel's location is excellent, especially choose a sea view room; enjoying the balcony both day and night is a different experience. The beach and the pool are also spotless. We'll be back as soon as possible.

We didn 't consider bad reviews from tripviser , actually , but I made a mistake . We rented a room with sea views for 2 nights and they took pictures of the room. We went on the first night at the balcony and saw the sea as beautiful as a wall-sized, e.g. the bathroom smells of rutubet and stains on the sheet. Said to change the next day. We saw mice 2 times at night in our room on the 3rd floor. The reception was disregarded by the situation, the only thing was to catch mice with a shovel and brush, and no cleanliness and safety measures were taken. They changed rooms, but the Newbie room also had mouse sounds and a mouse went under our feet within 5-10 minutes. Our refund request was declined, and the overnight rate has been charged.
