Palm Court Suites

It doesn't reflect Turkish hospitality. They accepted our guests (only 2 people) one day and rejected them the next. The ambiance and location potential are being poorly managed. There's no other place this beautiful around here. The rooms are also old and poorly maintained.

I have been going to this hotel for 4 years and I really like it. It is one of the best places to visit in the area. When you first enter the hotel, you encounter a completely different ambiance, every corner has different areas where you can have conversations, plenty of greenery, the employees are friendly, the rooms are clean, the food is very good. The only thing that bothers me is that you are asked for the room number with a bill slip on your head while you are asking for water during the meal and the despotic attitude of the lady who owns the hotel. It bothered me a lot that we were made to feel like we were eating under a military administration and that we were being discredited. The hotel is great, but the business logic is inadequate.

Even though I paid the fee, I was beaten by the boss's son. On August 18, 2023, I made the payment through a two-room trip company. When entering the hotel, they said your pre-paid reservation is OK and gave me the keys. Upon departure, they asked me to pay more than the accommodation fee and the door price. I showed them the voucher and they said it meant nothing to us. When I couldn't pay, they attacked a total of 4 birds. They attacked the crowd so that the boss's son could fight in peace.
