We're going to a hotel where we stayed together day and day, mother and son, the staff of the frotn office are friendly, especially bellboy arakadas are friendly and polite...Based on the age of the hotel, the beautiful hotel is still important The staff's smile is one of the hotels we stayed for us when we went to Avsha Island

Wedding until midnight, extremely noisy. If you stay on the third floor you will suffer badly as their staff keep moving chairs and tables on the above floor with deafening screeching noise. Reported staff a couple of times but no action taken, even after wedding finished at midnight, their staff kept moving tables and chairs until 3 am, my 78 year old mum suffered badly complaining that why I had brought her to this hotel. The Customer complaints and comfort is not their priority. They should get rid off the word “prestige” on their name. Stay away from this hotel if you want to have a good sleep, specially on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights due to the weddings on the above floor. Also wedding guests hired a room with full of males, smoke blowing out of their room into the corridors. Very bed experience :(:(:(

The hotel is a bit old, but decent. The main problem was that no one of the hotel's staff speaking English. The rooms are big and clean, but the facilities are in the minimum level. The elevator is VERY slow... be aware. Breakfast was decent as well. If you find yourself in Bandirma, Eken is a good value to money option.
