Yildiz Termal Hotel

I've been going to this hotel for 3 years, but please, do some maintenance; everything is falling apart. The elevator was shaking; I was scared and had difficulty getting in. The doors in the rooms don't close, and those that close don't open... It's neglected, not clean; the women's bath is being scrubbed in the middle of the room, which is not pleasant at all. It would be nice if it were maintained and cleaned, but unfortunately the hotel is in poor condition... Urgent maintenance and cleaning are needed, and what is done needs to be supervised.

The property may be nice, but the staff say they have a stunning electric vehicle charging station, yes, but there are no people to work, bellboys are interested, they do their best not to worry, thank them they don't have a station.

We were never satisfied with the restaurant section. The food variety is pretty small and the way they are made is wrong. They barely cook meats. We spotted this in chicken, meat, and lamb. Is it true they serve food this way these days when we’re seeing poisoning stories? And when you’re sick of stomach, when you head down to the reef and talk about your problem, you get the answer, “we don’t have a medicine for the stomach.” The look of the restaurant staff on guests was quite annoying. Hotel management should make the necessary warnings. As for their pools, the hotel has 4 pools, one of which is cold. We often spent time in the outdoor hot thermal pool. We were most pleased with this pool. There was a very intense bad smell in the indoor pools. We do not consider it to be hygienic. The hotel''s location is beautifully located, right within the municipal park. Regardless of location, they wish to correct the above.
