Baia Bursa

We had a fantastic stay at the Baia Hotel Bursa and would happily recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were amazing – super friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. They really made the stay feel welcoming and easy. The food was excellent with plenty of choice, and everything we tried was really enjoyable. The WiFi was also great throughout the hotel, which is always a bonus. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with super comfy beds – perfect for a good night’s sleep after a long day. We also used the indoor pool. It was a little on the cold side, but we still had a great swim! We did feel slightly silly wearing the required swim bonnets, but rules are rules 😄 Overall, a great hotel with fantastic service, comfort, and food – we’d definitely stay again!

I stayed at the Hotel Baia for the second time. The reception was friendly. but we couldn't give a non-smoking room anymore because they were all occupied, although the hotel seemed almost deserted at breakfast. And we hardly met people in the house either. Unfortunately, the room smelled so bad of cigarettes that it was hard to stay there. We stayed with the window open, unfortunately the street is very noisy. The room was quite worn out compared to my first stay. Breakfast is plentiful, but although there was a lot of staff present, there is almost no service. At checkout it also seemed pretty much irrelevant whether we liked it or not. the usual questions, services are missed here. Even if I traveled on business, I would not choose it a third time. Price and performance just don't go together here.

Extremely bad communications especially by the receptions. We wanted to order breakfast this morning and they totally get not why we requested. The egg is only one standard. Also the fruit is rotten and the waiter shows her angry face when we send the fruit back with her. Also we requested housekeeping and nobody responded. Plus the English communications were poor and just concerned why nobody speaks English in suck a five star hotel. We complain again but nobody take an action. Disappointed . 👎
