The hotel''s staff , location , service provided is good.The rooms were beautifully clean. I asked a valet friend because I didn’t want to give them the car key. Thanks Mr Ercan helped me to pull another car and park there. The staff is friendly and doing their work with dignity

When we went to Bursa Kervansaray Thermal Hotel, where I made a reservation from Jolly Tur to stay one day with my wife and two children, we saw that they had given us a room with 3 beds. When I saw that there was no room for an extra bed, I stated that it would not fit since we were four people. When the hotel said that we needed to contact JOLLY Tur, I called and stated that I had given 4 Turkish ID numbers while making the reservation on the phone, and that the ages of the children were 12 and 7, and asked them to help in this regard. The customer representative asked, "Well, did you ask if there were 4 beds in the room when making the reservation?" ? Like a joke ! Can I give 4 Turkish IDs and get 3 beds? They wanted to confirm whether I was lying or not by saying "we will listen to the voice recording and get back to you" and they did not get back! Mr. Remzi, the hotel official, helped us with all his sincerity and changed our room to a Suite by getting a difference for the minimum fee. We had no problems at the hotel. It is a quality hotel worthy of its name. But JOLLY Tour is a regret! Two days later, I called JOLLY tour again to ask what happened, they came back after a while and said that we did not have any negligence here! Believe me, the extra 1500₺ I paid is not important at all, but JOLLY Tour showed its quality with its carelessness! I had no problems at this hotel, where I stayed with ETS tour before. JOLLY TUR pretends to only try to help its customers until they sell the room! I will never even go to the grocery store with JOLLY TUR again.
