It was awful. No towels, no TV in the room, and the toilet... you just recoil when you look at it. In a word, TERRIBLE.

The hotel rooms, bathrooms, and towels were clean. However, even though we went as a group of 25 with a reservation, dinner was a complete disaster. We only liked the appetizer plate. An hour later, a warm appetizer arrived: paçanga, a pastry filled with salami. There was no bread on the tables. The chicken wrap they brought as the main course was literally left on the plates. It was a dish so poorly made it could hardly be called "stuffed rice." Breakfast was good, but even though there were many groups at the hotel, either the tea had run out, or the complimentary items were insufficient...

Greetings very much thank you for our family stay, we were very pleased with everything, and the breakfast variety in cleanliness everything was complete and flawless, the employees were clean and friendly.
