Assos Barbarossa Hotel

We stayed for 3 nights with 2 children. The hotel is spacious, and the rooms are large. The bathroom has a huge jacuzzi and a tiny shower. We had to shower inside the jacuzzi, which was ridiculous and difficult. Our room overlooked the children's playground and the entrance for service personnel, so we couldn't sleep at night because of the children's noise and in the morning because of the noise from the service staff. Rooms in the 8000s range are really noisy. Breakfast was awful. In the land of olives and cheese, could even these things be bad? Even though we went down for breakfast around 9:30, I asked for pancakes for the child and they said they were out of them. The reason was that the other guests had taken more than they needed! Although the menu for lunch and dinner looks decent, it's very expensive. One day, two hamburgers and one pizza cost 3000 for lunch. We had a dinner with raki, it cost 9000. The sea view, the room, everything was fine, but I still ended up spending as much money as I would on a full-time vacation. And unfortunately, the food was terrible.

We are still at the hotel. As a family of four. The staff responsible for cleaning the room tidied up, took the dirty towels, and left without replacing them with clean ones. There aren't even foot towels or hand towels. I called reception as soon as I got to the room, but I haven't received any towels for 30 minutes. My children have taken a shower, by the way... The area around the pool was completely littered with trash, and after asking staff twice and calling hotel reception within 1.5 hours, someone finally came to clean it. It has advantages, but it also has disadvantages.

I WILL NEVER STAY. NEVER. The staff's attitude was appalling; they directed us to a parking lot upon arrival, but then asked us to leave a few hours later. The person working at breakfast this morning was so rude. Breakfast that morning was awful, may God forgive me. Never. I'll tell everyone. He gave my mother a terrifying look, and when I said, "Are you going to hit me? What's with that look?", he said, "No, I won't hit you." Thank you. I've never seen such rudeness in my life.
