Stay away! I cannot give a 0 and that is a real shame. I had requested a non-smoking room. When we entered this room, there was a bad smell of stale tobacco. An unsanitary room with many non-compliances, a broken bathroom window held together with a string, dirty faucets (toothpaste remaining), a stained floor with rugs everywhere, which is not reassuring given the state of filth of the room. We could not sleep in this room, it was impossible. We went through booking, however. The guy at the front desk refused to give a refund. Fortunately, we were able to find another hotel right next door and there, it was a completely different story. I do not understand the reviews that say it is great, it is rotten! Warning, the photos do not match the hotel.
