Lycus River

Terrible hotel. Old facilities in terrible condition. Deplorable cleanliness. The thermal pool was dirty. The food was dreadful, both dinner and breakfast. I did not choose it. I went on a tour that took us to that hotel. We had dinner and breakfast included, but it was horrible. The bathroom was all rusty. The shower did not work and the handheld showerhead would not stay fixed. Luckily it was only one night.

I arrived with my husband at this hotel while we were participating in a tour of Istanbul + Cappadocia. A facility immersed in greenery, the private balcony in the room overlooked a garden of palm trees, a nice medium-sized room. One oddity... to cover ourselves at night, there was no light duvet (as in all the other hotels on the tour), but there was a kind of sheet insufficient to cover two people... oh well! We still managed to sleep! Indoor and outdoor thermal pool (I did not go, but my husband and the others in the group were happy). Refined dining area with breakfast and dinner served buffet-style. Abundant sweet and savory breakfast.... Dinner buffet with a wide selection of everything. In the evening, a walk leads to the town with shops where one can see the daily life of the local population.

It was an amazing experience. I went this hotel with my family and i enjoyed. The staff were polite and helpful. While we were checking, they told everything in detail and informed us well. Also, the atmosphere of hotel is perfect abd peaceful. Everywhere filled with trees and thermal pools look perfect. They are big and hot and they met every expectation i had. I actually feel relaxed after swimming there. There are some rooms close to thermal pools and they looked really new. Every furniture was practical and clean. Rooms were really clean and designed well so i didn't suffer from any kind of difficulty about rooms. Also the location of hotel is really good. Close to ancient city and Pamukkale. We went there for a trip and its kinda way to walk like 15 minute. We were really happy during holiday. I would come again. Thank you for kind services.
