Polat Renaissance

My husband and I stayed at Renaissance Polat Istanbul Hotel for four nights, and it was truly the best hotel we have ever experienced. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had breathtaking sea views. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel offers several restaurants and bars with beautiful terraces overlooking the sea and the pool. What makes this hotel truly special is its staff. Every employee we met was professional, kind, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. We cannot thank them enough for making our stay so memorable. If you want to be within walking distance of the city center all the time, this hotel may not be the best choice. However, if you don’t mind taking a taxi once or twice, the location is absolutely worth it. The hotel even provides its own 24-hour taxi service, making transportation very easy. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and true hospitality.

I love this hotel – but the club lounge concept is unfortunately implemented in a really disappointing way. I know the concept from other hotels where the quality and selection of food is significantly better. Here, by contrast, the lounge seems rather uninspired. At 11 p.m., there are only a few pieces of pastry left, which in my case even tasted rancid – the nuts were bitter and obviously no longer fresh. I would rather pay a few euros more and get a high-quality offering in return. In its current form, I unfortunately find the club lounge to be superfluous and not at the level one would expect from a hotel of this class.
