Bilinc Hotel

I don't understand why this hotel is so negative! Our experience here has only been positive. Breakfast is varied (omelet, potatoes, sausages, boiled eggs, cheeses of 2 kinds, greens, sweet, coffee, juices and more). Pleasant service - friendly people, both at the reception and in the dining room upstairs. Rooms are not the newest, there are places with ripped-off wallpaper, BUT this is a 3 star hotel, not 5 stars, with rooms CLEAN, towels changed daily. After leaving the hotel, I left my sneakers there while I was walking around Istanbul, they put them in my suitcase, which is a pleasure! I give this hotel 5 out of 5, thanks for the good seat!

Worst breakfast i saw in my life, for a frie egg you need to pay extra and the boiled egg are grey colour, nothing in the breakfast is fresh, 4 persons working in the breakfast and they have 10 items 5 of them are cold like corn and yogurt ridiculous. Maybe its me but when I get up, I dont want corn or olives. Is better to dont have breakfast than to offer that. Then ,when I complain they looks at me like im crazy, bad service. Also we arrive 21:30 to the hotel so tired and we want to have a fast bath in the spam, they say its close but later we read the information of the spa and its supposed to be open until 22. Is not my frist time in istambul but its my worst hotel experience. Quality price its joke

The hotel is not very clean. Perfect location but hygiene is not top I found dirty sheets reeks of cigarettes unfortunately
