The hotel staff are very helpful, and the hotel is clean. In particular, Janet, a member of the cleaning staff, was very helpful when we had a small problem; even though it wasn't part of her duties, she assisted us. Thank you very much.

It was amazing… The elegance of the rooms, the calm, almost serene atmosphere of the lobby and all… It’s also located at the heart of Bakirkoy, which is a huge plus for us. I personally had a great time. And don’t even get me started on the hygiene and all the environmentalist signs, i LOVED it, 10/10🥹🫶

The pool wasnt available or the gym or the spa . Terrible experience we were tired and we had to go trough diffrent rooms becaude they were either noisy or they smelled like ciggarets . Very bad experience . Did not get anything from the pool compensation . Terrible
