0 Stars if possible!!! The owner of the hotel is the rudest person in customer service I experienced in Turkey 🇹🇷. No one is at reception. You have to find him by walking upstairs and downstairs. They he suddenly messages you saying he sees me looking for him on his cameras. How creepy!!! Does he not know this is extremely rude and lazy of him! He hangs out upstairs and messages you when he sees you moving around the hotel looking for someone. His responses are rude! He is not humble but thinks himself to be better than me by the way he speaks in person and via chat. The food was average. The lady working upstairs told a customer to bring her plate to her!!! What the heck is wrong with these people! They do not understand respect or customer service. Why do they work in a hotel if they hate it so much. I made a reservation through booking.com and they he cancelled it after I left because he was worried I would write a bad review so I’m writing it on google. Avoid this place. Horrible customer experience.

I had very nice 7 days stay with my wife at that hotel with a very welcoming and helpful personnel especially Mr. Adel the receptionist. The room we had was on the third floor with a nice view of the Bosfour, the furniture was clean and modern, the bathroom is very adequate, the towels and bed sheets were replaced every day, the location of the hotel was very close to the area where most of the famous historical buildings are located such as Hajia Sofia, Sultan Ahmad mosque, and Topkapi palace. The area is full with life and shops of every sort of interest for a tourist. The hotel rate was very reasonable, and the daily breakfast we had on the roof cafe was tasty. The only odd thing was that we had to climb very narrow stairs to the third floor as there's no lift in the building.

This hotel is simply a disaster! The bathroom is unsanitary, photos speak louder than words. We spent 1 day without electricity (impossible to charge phones, no light, no fridge, no coffee machine for breakfast, no hot water...) and a 2nd day without hot water or even without water. at all and the staff is execrable and offers no solution or compensation. The room door no longer locked and the receptionist didn't care, like anything else!!! He told us "no problem, hotel safe". Ant infestation, humidity, difficulty communicating, room not cleaned every day... In short, absolutely avoid it.
