Every member of the staff was genuinely welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or any request. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop restaurant offers breathtaking views of the Bosphorus and the Istanbul skyline. It was one of the highlights of our stay. An absolutely perfect stay from beginning to end. The hotel is magnificent, decorated with great taste, in a warm and elegant atmosphere at the same time. Spacious room and comfortable bedding. Rooftop with an absolutely incredible view! The staff deserves special mention: attentive, smiling, professional, and always attentive without ever being intrusive. You truly feel privileged upon arrival. The breakfast was exceptional. A luxurious, intimate, and soothing experience. I will return without hesitation and I wholeheartedly recommend it.
