Hotel it's a maximum 3☆ Location it's fine... walking distance to Grand Bazar. Staff are great. Food it's fantastic with lots of choice in the morning.But anything else it's just old and flimsy. I paid for 5☆ experience but hotel itself is just a budget hotel. I won't return for the price I've paid.

The first night and already problems. First no warm water and then no water at all. The floor in the toilet was leaking and always wet. Internet connection was super slow and always dissconecting. Brekfast food was always the same and very little to pick from and cold and not appetizing. The location was amazing tho. The grand bazaar hagia sophia and blue mosque are all in walking distance. The metro is also just 2min walking from the hotel.

They lack hospitality and management. There is no aircon in the reception area. Their English is weak. And when I asked the receptionist for wifi in order to call my friend that was in the hotel, she said we dont have wifi. What worse than this do you expect? And you can find better hotels with this price.
