King Palace

Hi stayed here with a group of 13 people booked 2 aprtments. Apartments were nice and clean and staff werr friendly and always willing to help. When we booked it was advertised to say that fully air conditioned rooms. In the aprtment there was only one Ac. Whilst in the othr room there was only a pedestal fan. When asked we were told we are trying to get one fitted temperatures were hitying to 35degree and children were unable to sleep properly. Each day we were told will be done tomorow. Eventually one night befre we were to check out the AC get fitted. When were asked to get a compensation for the days we had no AC we were refused to say that they could not do that. Our argument was that their advertisement was not truthfully correct and we should have for the inconvincene were suffered and the kids we should have been reimbursed something back. We were offered a very small amount of 100tl . Which was far too little for the the inconvience that we suffered.

It is different and interesting area near everything in Sultanahmet.Blue mosque and other well known sights are very near. The area itself is beautiful with plenty of old wooden houses. The apartment is nice , cosy and well equipped with all necessary things you need there. The staff is very helpful and friendly. And if you like fish there are many nice restaurants quite near in Kumkapi.

The stay was so great. and the experience was so great, it was the perfect location. Close to all sites and transits. The place was so clean, the people so friendly and helpful. I recommend this location,
