A bad experience, the hotel benefits from 0 investments, the hot water does not flow, I took a cold shower for 4 nights. The rooms look old, the furniture is broken, the rooms are very small. The toilet is broken, when you flushed the water, the bathroom flooded. Breakfast consists of the same 5-6 dishes every day. Cleaning was done every day, the staff was very kind.

Were on New Year's Eve 2026, suite room with Jacuzzi, room in the next building, huge, with high ceilings, with windows through which it is unclear day or night, damp, cold with mold, warmth only at night, salt towels two days, bed damp, everything dirty, asked to move, but there were only promises, refrigerator prehistoric, but the room is so cold that it is not needed, cotton wool leaks, socket under it, closet three hangers, dirty sofa and carpet, water intermittently, not warm, wallpaper falls off and there are waves under them, breakfasts with a good view, but the room is cold and the food too, if there is no light, then you can drink only tea in the "restaurant", the hotel does not recommend in the cold season, three stars do not match and photos on hotel websites are also far from reality

This is our first time in Istanbul. And they chose this hotel. What I want to say is that the hotel is in a great location and to the mini-market and transport , as well as to the sights in walking distance , it was important to me that there was no live in the room 😵‍💫 and I am very glad I did not see them here. Which means ☝️the room is great,👍the window view is chic. The room was cleaned daily and towels were changed. Breakfasts are both hearty and easy for the stomach. Administrator Jivahir and Babur are very polite and pleasant, always tell you where to go, which to take excursions , as well as where you can have a delicious and budget dinner.
