Staff friendly, room big and comfortable, WIFI good.Rooftop terrace breath taking, however meals ridiculously expensive.Need cheaper option for snacks/starter in bar area.

Stayed four nights during a business trip to Istanbul. The hotel is actually very well positioned with good access to a lot of high quality restaurants in the neighborhood. Also the train station is within a walking distance to reach the city center. The reception personnel were most helpful and very much welcoming. The breakfast buffet is very much complete to what one would hope for. All in all the hotel is slightly in need of an overhaul as things start to be worn out. The only really negative thing was the non-functional air conditioning that regardless of my request was not fixed during the stay. Non smoking policy is not widely respected and many nights the cigarette smell penetrated the room some how through the walls and the room ventilation system. I found this most irritating. Not sure if I would like to have this kind of experience again.
