Coming with his wife and two young children to Istanbul for treatment. Stayed at the Valide Hotel for 8 days. Lived in family room 507. The hotel isn't expensive. The room is clean, cozy, very warm. Cleaning is daily and of good quality, towels and linen are snow white. Breakfast was included in the price, everything delicious and fresh. Beautiful view of Istanbul from the room and especially from the rooftop area. The hotel is located in the city center, near the subway, shopping malls and that important currency exchangers. All staff are polite, especially wanted to celebrate Genghis (spoke in Russian), always sympathetic, polite, good-natured and most importantly, always with a beautiful mood. All of ours, including the taxi booking to the airport, was handled through it. Thank you very much and heartily for that. In general, everything liked, Istanbul generally surprised people with its beauty and culture.

This hotel is the worst hotel ever we couldn’t stay for more than two nights, the first night because of the horrible neighborhood someone followed us we were going to be robbed, it does not fit a family at all, the room was tiny small, the closet was fit for dolls I am 157 cm and I was taller than the closet, the ceiling of the room was so close I could touch it with my hand,they did not even give us new shampoo it was open and used, when we finally checked out they made us walk to the corner of the street claiming that they can’t provide us with a cab and we had to wait under the rain for more than 1 hour, the claimed that the room was on the 6 floor but when the elevator reaches the 6th floor you have to use the stairs to reach for the 7th floor and I had my mum with me who is an old woman!!! Worst experience ever wouldn’t go again at allll

My friend and I stayed at Valide Hotel for a couple of days on my father's recommendation. It's a cute little hotel which is very centrally located in Istanbul. The staff was extra courteous and they very helpful from suggesting the places to visit to booking cabs for us whenever we requested them to. I highly recommend Valide hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay at an amazing price in Istanbul.
