Stayed at this hotel several years in a row It was less bearable Price and good location The hotel does not value regular customers. The prudish staff were also tolerated. You outdid yourself this time. Air conditioning not included although outside 30 degrees, room all 40 gr In three days of arrival never cleaned, brought toilet paper or changed towels; refrigerator did not work, plumbing faulty Other guests constantly complained If used to sleeping in the bath with headaches ,then recommend

really disappointed in this hotel, they have the most rude staff ever in hospitality, they don't turn on the AC untill 8pm evening !! and during the day extremely hot !! and when we ask them they simply answer rudely this is not our problem AC turn on 8 pm and they turn off 06.00 am morning what kind of hotel is that ????

I have stayed with my wife 2 days in hotel Yuksel. Breakfast is good, the only thing was that they have run out of butter this time - but we survived :) Wi fi is a problem but the rooms are nice and clean. Close to Tram line and attractions within walking distance.
