We had a lovely experience at this hotel food was lovely the manager, a beautiful lady couldn’t do enough she was so sweet and helpful, my daughter wasn’t well she went above and beyond made special soup for her and served her it whenever she needed to eat.. breakfast was a good variety and evening meal served beautifully.. highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We traveled from Spain and, before booking this hotel, we read some negative comments that made us doubt. After our stay, honestly, I believe they do not reflect the reality we experienced. Yes, at some specific moment the train can be heard, but during our entire stay we barely heard it a couple of times and, absolutely, it did not affect our rest. We had also read comments about the street, but the hotel's location is simply unbeatable: it is in the heart of the historic center, a few minutes' walk from the main places of interest. For us it has been perfect. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and more than adequate, but what really makes this hotel special is its team. We want to thank all the receptionists. They always welcomed us with a smile, were kind, polite, attentive, and willing to help us at all times. The night shift receptionist even had the thoughtfulness to prepare the sheets just as we asked so that we could sleep more comfortably, a gesture we appreciated very much. And, of course, a very special mention for Vedat, who takes the gold medal of our trip. His professionalism, politeness, chivalry, and kindness made our experience in Istanbul even more beautiful. He recommended wonderful spots, incredible restaurants, explained to us how to correctly exchange currency to avoid losing money, and looked after us with a dedication that is hard to find nowadays. He even repaired a bracelet that had broken and that I had given up for lost. It was a lovely gesture that I will never forget. Thanks to people like him and the rest of the team, we have felt right at home. If we return to Istanbul, we have no doubt that we will stay here again. To those who are reading reviews before booking, I would tell them not to be swayed by some negative comments. Our experience has been excellent and we recommend this hotel with total confidence. Thank you for making our trip so special!

Location was good but reception guy on the first day was rude. Rooms were tiny. Breakfast was okay but dinner was terrible not like they had advertised. The other staff however was very kind.
