Alzer Hotel

This hotel is very well situated, almost opposite the Blue Mosque and is also close to many other attractions, restaurants, cafes and markets in Istanbul. Our room was on the small side. The housekeeping team, whilst friendly and welcoming, didn’t always do a great job, but were ok. The complimentary bottles of water are an added and appreciated bonus! The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful.

We had 5 nights here and loved it. It’s a perfect spot to explore the Old City. The staff a lovely and very accommodating and having the cafe/ restaurant downstairs is so convenient and the food here was great The breakfast room looks out over the Blue Mosque. The rooms aren’t huge but definitely adequate and you can get washing done here which is a bonus.
