We visited this hotel for 4 days after returning from Cappadocia. A truly positive experience. They welcomed us with open arms right from the start; they came to pick us up on the main street since our minivan dropped us off there, immediately offering us tea or whatever we desired, and they took our luggage to the room without us having to think about anything. They took care of our 2-year-old daughter with kindness and attention, especially Muhamad and Ercan. They are attentive, hospitable, and true professionals with remarkable empathy. They provided us with information about activities to do and places to visit, advising us very well. I recommend staying here; it is just a few steps from the center and definitely offers what you are looking for when visiting Istanbul.
