The service and attention were excellent, the rooms were clean, and cleaning was done every day. I was very satisfied.

A little worn. I arrived evening, room was hot and desk clerk said that air conditioning could not be turned on at night. Something didn't work in the room so someone came up and I asked if the air could be turned on and he said "Sure." Desk clerk sort of grumpy and not helpful at all. There must be better options than this hotel. But! Great loction.

Our group of 20 recently stayed at the Beyaz Saray Hotel, and we were thoroughly impressed by the high standard of service provided. The check-in process for a group of our size can often be complex, but Ferhat at the front desk handled it with exceptional efficiency and professionalism. He ensured a seamless transition and personally oversaw the timely delivery of our luggage to our respective rooms. We would also like to commend the housekeeping staff on the 4th and 5th floors. Their attention to detail was excellent; they were consistently courteous and ensured our rooms were meticulously cleaned and restocked daily. Furthermore, the dining experience was greatly enhanced by the breakfast service team. The three young gentlemen on staff were remarkably proactive and polite. They anticipated our needs by providing high chairs for our infants without being prompted and maintained the buffet with great care, ensuring items were replenished well before they were depleted. Lastly, the complimentary high-speed WiFi was reliable and performed well throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul for its professional staff and commitment to guest satisfaction.
