Bulvar Palas

Rating: 1/5 stars Hotel Bulvar Palas Aksaray Istanbul ❌ Abusive behavior, illegal charges, and parking on public property! I booked a 4-night stay at Hotel Bulvar Palas Istanbul via Agoda for July 8–12, 2026; a key condition was the inclusion of free parking, as specified in the offer. At check-in, the receptionist was extremely rude and flatly refused to check the booking details, demanding an exorbitant fee of 15 euros per day. Furthermore, the hotel did not provide a spot in its own parking lot but forced us to leave the car in municipal public parking spaces (ISPARK). Although it was public parking, the receptionist demanded a sum much higher than the official city rate and—to top it all off—refused to issue a receipt for the money collected! Fortunately, I immediately contacted the Agoda team. Their agents spoke with the hotel and advised us to pay the official ISPARK rate ourselves, promising to reimburse us later. Agoda kept their word and refunded the amount the very next day. A 10/10 rating for Agoda's support service, but the hotel's behavior was outrageous. Avoid this place if you are traveling by car; their practices are completely illegal and deceptive! I DO NOT RECOMMEND HOTEL BULVAR PALAS AKSARAY ISTANBUL

We made a reservation at this hotel on 18 October 2025 through the online reservation that was on the hotel’s official website and after a phone call with the reception, with which they recommended their site for reservation and not another platform like booking. Receiving a call on 21/12/25 to confirm that everything is OK before our departure for Istanbul, the hotel reception told us that there was no reservation in our name, although we showed them the confirmation emails we had received. We were told that the hotel is now full and has no availability. When we complained, we were suggested to make a new reservation with a full package that includes transfer from the airport and a New Year's Reviews at their hotel, naturally paying more. As by magic, in this way room would be liberated and there would be availability. These are fraudsters. Get away!

The hotel is very well located. Very poor breakfast of fruit, tangerine and apple, a small roaster that does not work, short of bread. I have disappeared two garments, a shirt, which I have not taken out of the suitcase and a blue raincoat three quarters, I asked in reception but they could not give me solution. And I'm sure it was in a hotel. My experience in cleaning and comfort ten. Negative you have your belongings in sight. It's something you can't prove, but I can almost assure you it was in a hotel.
