Cezayir Suites

First shock was when they asked to pay in cash instead of card as advised on booking we had to struggle all our travel plans as the charges was 2060 lira for 10 days which I plan to charge it via credit card. We arrived at 12 pm and had to wait till 3 PM to be checked in 😔 The room is quite acceptable but the cleaning was not at the level. They literally informed us to take our garbage out of the hotel ! Since the flat was not cleaned by the housekeeper we had to bring our cleaning supplies and clean for ourselves. Traveling in January and the hot water is not available (come on) was fixed after 2 days stay. The location is nice if you are interested with taksim square but quite hard as its very inclined.

We booked this hotel several days in advance and asked them if we can check in early or leave the luggage. They did not reply... We came at about 8 and we were registered (they took our passports, took the money), we left our bags and went for a walk before the check-in (which is must be 12 as said on booking.com). We came back at 12, waited for 2 hours more and after that they told us that they close the hotel for this night. We were shoked. What? How can this be? But all they said was: the owner saud i'm not the owner.... blablabla... They took us to another hotel (not hotel but hostel) which i can only call a disaster and did not give us any compensation. It is impossible to book hotels in Turkey when you are in Turkey and we were really excausted so we stayed there. Don't book it. They don't have any respect for their guests and you may stay in the street.

They ratings were quite deceiving.Not sure they’re reliable. the picture I uploaded are loud enough. -dust everywhere -broken cabinets -so many hair on the sheets.not know what to think of Would never go to this place again.
