Dedeman

We would like to thank the quiet rooms and the helpful staff, especially the lady from the city, for her friendliness.

I would like to extend my special thanks to the ladies working on the floors, and especially to the lady from the city, for their help. Enjoy your stay!

Absolutely terrible service, completely irresponsible staff, and problems on an on throughout the entire day. This level of incompetence and lack of professionalism is simply unacceptable. As a travel agency, we sent our guests to this hotel, but it turned out to be an indescribable disappointment for both our guests and us. We would never recommend it to anyone. This has been an extremely bad experience.
