Elegance Residence

Admittedly not my first choice of hotels in the district, but rooms were available at short notice while others were fully booked. Located in a rather scruffy side-street in an unattractive area, the hotel is a short walk from the Levent 4 metro station and within easy access of the city centre. The hotel entrance is not immediately visible, so easy to drive past, and parking is available in the steep side street providing you have an efficient handbrake. On entry, the lobby is modern and well-lit with rather suspicious red lights, but thereafter the facilities are surprisingly good and comfortable. Rooms are large with a strange assortment of furnishings. Free coffee and tea, minibar, TV and a comfortable bed. The location is quiet, away from a main road and there is no noise within the hotel. Staff speak English, are helpful and efficient with check-in and check-out. Breakfast is adequate. Perhaps not the most attractive hotel, but given the facilities, very good value at a very cheap price. A good alternative for a short stay.

We spent one night in this hotel with our little kid. The hotel looks nice inside and the hotel staff is very nice. Unfortunately, the Hotel room's floor was so dirty that our son crawling on the floor had black stains all over the place after only a few minutes. The worst part was however that we did not get much sleep because of the very loud ventilation system, which we could not turn off. We can definitely not recommend it.

We booked the hotel for 4 night from April 1,2018 to April 5, 2018 through Booking.com the cost was 241.20 Euro which would be almost 297 Dolar. When we arrived The hotel we didnt have Euro and wanted to pay the price in Dollar. The woman at the reciption desk (Mrs.sh) told us to pay 350 dollar .(50 dollar more ) She said the prices on their system are in Euro and they should first change the Euro to lira in this way (241.20*5 =1206 lira )then change the lira to Dollar like this (1206* 0.29 = 349.74 $ )!!!! I have no idea why she was calculating the currency in that way.That was a obvious fraud. So we took a taxi to go to downtown and ecxhanged the Dollar to Euro to pay the real price although we were realy tired in that time!
