Elite Marmara Hotel

The hotel is a disgrace, there is a different restaurant downstairs, they don't want to give you hot water until breakfast is over at 10, they offer tea to other customers, say tea is over, and cause problems until you sit in the restaurant. We were going to stay for 2 nights. We would have paid more and received literally 10 times the service.

We’ve been up greeted thanks to Nijaat from the hotel. The location was amazing 200 metres from the Grand bazaar the room was absolutely clean and pleasant nijaat from the hotel was the kindness guy I have ever met. We had a really good time there Highly recommended!!

Terrible experience. There was no hot water after 8pm. The staff didn’t speak english AT ALL. There was a window in my room which did not close and I had to stay there for 3 days until they changed my room. One day the cleaning service left my room door wide open after they finished “cleaning”. And the neighborhood where the hotel is situated is the worst in Istanbul
