Stayed here as our Turkish Airways flight was delayed so missed our connecting flight.
This is not a 5 star hotel! It may have been many years ago but this was an awful experience .
Check in staff were very pleasant & helpful but with so many stranded passengers arriving at once they did their best . Check in took a long long time .
Dinner was in the ‘Resteraunt ‘. This is not a restaurant, it’s a canteen with basic buffet canteen food , paper cups and water . No waiter service , no coffee , soft drinks or other drinks available .
The room was clean but with no form of soundproofing at all . You can hear everything n the room next door , impossible to sleep when you can hear everyone talking either side of you.
This is quite obviously just operating on the cheap for stranded Turkish passengers so no effort made at all , they don’t need to!
If we were not so tired and exhausted we would have booked and paid for a different hotel ourselves. Save yourself the hassle & don’t stay! Pay for a half decent place yourself.

I booked this hotel for a two-night business trip to Istanbul.
In my opinion, the hotel feels more like a 3.5- to 4-star property rather than the 5-star hotel it claims to be. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi, which was almost unusable. When I asked to move to a room with a better connection, I was told I would have to wait until the following day, even though the hotel was far from fully occupied. I also contacted the reception several times about the problem. They assured me they would take care of it, but nothing happened until I eventually went downstairs and spoke to them in person.
My Superior Room did not include complimentary bottled water or coffee, which I would normally expect at a hotel in this category.
The fitness center was also disappointing. There was no drinking water, no air conditioning, and no towels available for wiping away sweat. Any bottled water had to be purchased separately.
That said, if you can book the hotel at a good price, it is still a reasonable place to stay. The breakfast was good, and the lobby is a pleasant and comfortable place to relax or work.
Overall, it is an acceptable hotel, but don't expect a genuine 5-star experience. In my opinion, it falls well short of that standard.
