I have been staying at the Grand Asiyan Hotel since July 3, 2026, and my departure is scheduled for tomorrow.
The room is clean and the front desk staff is courteous and professional. On the other hand, the breakfast buffet is very disappointing.
The selection is extremely limited. The only eggs offered are hard-boiled eggs, consistently way overcooked, with an almost black yolk. The tea is so over-steeped that it tastes burnt, and the orange juice is an artificial juice of very poor quality.
The most concerning thing is what happened this morning: I noticed that several tomatoes served at the buffet were rotten. When I pointed it out to a waitress, she simply removed the most damaged tomatoes from the bin, leaving the others. This reaction deeply disgusted me and does not reflect the hygiene standards one is entitled to expect from a hotel.
Having no other choice, I ate very little. Back in my room, I then threw everything up.
It is a real shame, because the cleanliness of the rooms and the work of the reception staff deserve to be highlighted. On the other hand, the breakfast must be improved urgently, both in terms of quality and hygiene.

The hotel was very average; cleanliness really left something to be desired, and there was no response from the staff when we made a comment. The spa is mixed. The scrub was done by a man, which they did not specify at the time of booking. The only pleasant person at the hotel was Mr. "Sinan," a young man who was smiling and friendly, who helped us endure the poor service at the restaurant. The paper towels were provided upon request, accompanied by a dark look as if I were stealing them... In short, a very bad experience. I do not recommend it.

Typical crackle, breakfast and so on. The staff - great, the rooms are medium shabby, for which they gave 4 stars - don't understand, probably for the spa. Seven floors, on a floor of 10-12 rooms, breakfast better come by 07:00, otherwise you'll be in line. We had quite a large room, but the bed of the 2-bedroom is very narrow, in the bathroom toilet near the wall (not conveniently extreme), there are no bedside tables, the only outlet by the bed is the fridge (not clear realization of the sleeping space), aka bedside table, other outlets are far from the sleeping place. In principle, if not capricious - will do)). (P.S. - our room is wi-fi- very good).
