Grand Hyatt

They locked my partner out of the hotel even though he was on the room with his passport and he was locked out for hours and they didn't even try to alert me to this situation and we both panicked and my partner was without his meds. Awful service!

Location is good. Hotel is a bit old, and the rooms are on the smaller side. Compared to other Grand Hyatts or Hyatt Regency's (globally), the set of staff at this hotel are not as pleasant and the breakfast can be a disappointment. The biggest issue is that if you have a sea-view room, the morning sunlight shines right at your face because the curtains don't properly close.

Thank you for the great breakfast and great service. Especially Gamze lady for the best service. We will come back to the hotel. Breakfast is brilliant, kind and hospitable staff, clean and spacious room.
