Gravis Suites

The location is perfect,close to the bars, restaurants and popular Istiklal Cadessi.Hotel itself is more like 1 star,not 4 stars.Rooms don't look like on the pictures.Carpet in the room is totally destroyed,full of bleach and other small black spots.Towels smell strange.No facilities,they can order you a shuttle to a place with Hammam and swimming pool.You have to ask them to clean your room,otherwise noone will do it.I wouldn't recommend.

 I arrived at 15:00, Electricity was off for 3 hours and until the electricity came back I was forced to wait. I have no words to describe the filth of the room, but I have attached pictures that anyone can confirm. The carpets were disgusting dirty and the bed too. There is also ashes of cigarettes in the bathroom and on the TV table. The room smelled all smoke, I couldn't sleep for one hour. And straff there can not speak English. I booked a new hotel at the same night and moved there,

We book This hotel from Hotel.coma website, the price was good with discount and we book deluxe room with balcony , when I book I didn’t read any reviews about it but after several days I red that music so loud and it’s not like it seems I want to tell that price was worth for this hotel even thought carpet wasn’t clean but the size of room and first of all service and staff in reception so polite and we didn’t meet with any problem
