Hotel Buyuk Sahinler

From the street all the noise is heard room is very small, bedspread like a sheet,pillows horror what not comfortable 4 stars in the room no free water, internet your trouble(((((

The hotel has nothing to do with tge pic. The attitude of the employees and especially of its Director has nothing to do with hospitality! Igot an issue at the hotel and asked for a meeting with the Director. I had access to him after 4 or 5 and I could have a conversation. The conclusion; his employees are the best and the most honest. Besides, a 4star hotel who speakes very little English. It was a money issue. Wifi is not working at all. There is unsecured connection thst is not working. Especially if you are travelling for Business, good to avoid it! Same for tge TV. You could watch only 2 or 3 Turkish Channels! Employees speak very little English, so very hard to ask something from them. Breakfast was good, but very little. They were not interesting în refreshing or bring back the food was finished! The coffee Machine was not working properly! Although the hotel is down Town, I will never book it again and I would not revommend it either! Very small rooms for a 4* hotel! I would rather say a 3 or 2* hotel!

1 day trip without room We are traveled 1 day walk it great Istanbul and were breakfast and lunch at this hotel. Nice food, clean hotel, wi-fi in lobby. Friendly staff . Almost center of city. Friendly staff
