Hotel Kumkapi Konagi

Staff at Welcoming always very available at any time of day and nit. Hebun gave us a lot of information at our request. he is smiling and very friendly. It would be desirable to put double glazing to the rooms overlooking the street, there is life in this area at night, cars and passers-by bring a lot of noise. A wider duvet should also be provided to cover properly for two.

My partner and i were booked into this hotel for 3 nights,arrived at 1.00am, upon arrival we were directed to our room on the 3rd floor but were told that there are no alligators, when we opened the door we were disgusted by what we saw, the room was so small that you couldn't move, couldn't open your suitcase no window to open no side tables no lamp bed pushed against the wall, wires hanging from the tv with holes in the wall, sheets looked old, could barely get into the toilet and shower which had mould and dirt in it, old pair of thongs left in the toilet, no lighting no where to charge your phone, to be honest, i wouldn't even leave my dog there. My partner went straight down to reception to ask to be charged to another room but was told that there was nothing available, we refused to stayed there and went walking the streets at 2.00am looking for another hotel, we ended up finding on after about an hour but couldn't check in till the following morning so we had to go back and sleep the night, worst sleep i ever had. DO NOT BOOK INTO THIS HOTEL, you will regret it for ever

Please don’t waste your precious time & your nerves ! Please stay away from this hotel. I’ve arrived @20.30 room wasn’t available , waited more than 45 minutes , staff said that’s not he’s job & reception did not turn up to work. Called the Manager ,he said allow sometime . I went out , came back @ 23.00 room still wasn’t allocated.! Finally went to the room –what a disaster! Room is too Small, that you go in forward & camo out backward ! there space to turn around or even leave your luggage open! There no bedside chest , no wardrobe, no mirror – just noting! But smelly bath, full of dirt ! TV – against to health & safety as cables all over & plugs are hanging Went down to ask so they can change the room, staff said that’s their room & I wish better room should go 5* hotel! Breakfast terrible , so poor not worth any single penny . Please see the pictures, don’t full yourself for the pictures on their website or any agency websites! That’s all FALSE INFORMATION!
