Wonderful location, friendly staff and top service excellent cleanliness value for money

Great availability and kindness of the staff. Valid suggestions on arrival. Reception in the middle of the night for flight delay!!!!! Optimal location to reach the main places of interest. Very clean. Rich breakfast. Taxi booking for the return: highly appreciated. Great value for money.

Our experience at Hotel Novano was excellent from start to finish. The room is very nice, comfortable and well organized, exactly as expected to rest after an intense day exploring Istanbul. The cleaning deserves to be highlighted: everything is always very clean and well taken care of. The reception is another strength – extremely attentive, polite and always willing to help, which makes all the difference during your stay. Breakfast is good, with enough variety to start the day well. And, no doubt, the big difference is the location: perfect! You can do a lot on foot, close to the main sights, restaurants and transportation. Makes the experience in the city too easy. If I return to Istanbul, I will surely stay again at Hotel Novano. I recommend without thinking twice.
