Klas Hotel

We arrived early to hotel , they said we can check in at 10 even I was sure ther is ready rooms cause I check online so there another. Rooms available , but then the lady ( guest relation )said we make it 2 pm, and talk in very stiff way to us , I m so disappointed in my trip also we asked for breakfast , and they ask 25 / person and this is very terrible cause all hotels breakfast are 10 $ , and don’t advice anyone to stay there , also they didn’t take of our bags in reception while we waiting 6 hours outside the hotel ..

An absolutely terrible experience and completely dishonest management. At checkout, they categorically refused to issue a tax invoice, which is required by law. They made ridiculous excuses, showing a total lack of professionalism and transparency.Refusing to provide a tax document is not just an inconvenience for the customer—who is left unable to expense the stay—it is a direct violation of tax regulations. Such behavior from a hotel that claims to be high-quality is scandalous.I strongly advise everyone—especially business travelers—to avoid this place. Honesty and compliance with the law should be the bare minimum for any hotel, but here, they are completely optional. This incident will absolutely be reported to the authorities. Avoid at all costs.

We had the worst experience at this hotel. We booked four rooms, and the king-size bedroom was honestly one of the smallest hotel rooms I have ever seen. We asked more than four times to change the room, but nothing was done. Each time, the staff told us that they would check and resolve the issue the following day, but nothing ever changed. We felt completely ignored and disappointed by the way our concerns were handled. Unfortunately, this was a very frustrating experience, and we will definitely not be booking this hotel again.
