May Hotel

My wife and I had one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever encountered at JAMMY HOTEL. Upon arrival, we were shocked to find that the room and bathroom provided to us were dirty and clearly below acceptable standards. We immediately requested either a clean replacement room or a refund. Both requests were refused. Despite charging us for six nights, the hotel declined to change the room and refused to refund our money. The owner's WhatsApp messages are evidence of their unwillingness to resolve the issue professionally. At 2:00 AM, my wife and I were forced to leave the property and drag our suitcases through an unfamiliar and unsafe area to find alternative accommodation. We eventually had to book another nearby hotel at our own expense. Instead of receiving the service we paid for, we were left stressed, inconvenienced, and out of pocket. We are still waiting for our refund. I am sharing this experience so that other travelers can make an informed decision. I strongly recommend that prospective guests carefully read recent reviews before booking and consider other options if cleanliness, safety, and customer service are important to them.

Do not go there. overall cleanliness fell well well below expectations. The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell coming from the pipes all day and night , and there was visible mould present. The room itself was extremely small, outdated, and lacked even basic amenities such as a kettle. In addition, I was able to hear noise from neighbouring rooms and toilets throughout my stay. A room was facing a wall, no views at all. Broken window . The breakfast also not pleasant at all , very limited and not of a satisfactory standard.

It was awful, it was awful, it included an awful hotel breakfast, just olives, cheese eggs, we asked for water, we didn't give it at night, the workers were awful, a young man in glasses, it was awful, definitely don't go
