The hotel is absolutely not up to a 4-star standard. Breakfast was inadequate, especially for sweets: there were 3 types of tea biscuits, improbable sliced cakes, glazed, and overly processed. There is no toaster, and there is no yogurt. Milk and coffee are only served cold; if you want them hot, you pay extra like a bar service. Not to mention the service: the guys at the reception were very nice and helpful, but the girls at breakfast service were not only rude, but also sloppy and poorly groomed... which is not a pleasant sight in a room where food is served. The room was quite spacious overall but poorly arranged with the furnishings: there was little space to move around the bed because it was flush against the wall where the television was mounted; the bathroom was spacious. The spa was practically nonexistent. Good location and well-served, but it is about a 20-30 minute ride from the most attractive part of Sultanahmet. In conclusion, a choice we would not repeat.

DO NOT BOOK YHIS HOTEL!! I made a booking through Booking.com but unfortunately had to cancel due to flight cancellation. I was well within the time to cancel free of charge. The hotel still fraudulently a payment from my card and now will not refund me. The hotel is asking for my credit card security code to do the refund which is unacceptable and not needed, it is a security risk which makes me believe they wish to scam me even more and take further payments. This is now more apparent by their refusal to reply to my refund request or correspondence in any way! DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL!!!

The hotel does not meet the standards of a 4-star, the breakfast was absolutely inadequate: there were none of the most basic items for an international breakfast, not a single yogurt, cappuccino for a fee, and the breakfast service staff were very poorly groomed both in appearance and manners. Mainly equipped for savory items, aside from 4 dry cookies and very stuffed doughnuts, there was nothing sweet. Not a toaster to heat up, no automatic hot beverage dispenser. The location is good and it is clean, but nothing more.
