Montagna Hera Hotel

The hotel is unacceptable. The rooms had bad smells, sheets and beds were dirty, and the restrooms were bad for hygiene. We had to spend the first night here, the next day had to move to another hotel. While we have all the evidence, the hotel management declined the refund. This review will not be deleted until we have received a refund.

Pension wifi malfunctioned very badly, bathroom in bad condition, mold, broken shower door. Breakfast was very limited there were few things and not varied enough over a week, often cold, fries... positive the bed is comfortable rooms too clean the housekeeper spend every day.

So bad service, so dirty, walls are like papers (you hear everything from upstairs or near your room), water is warm not hot, + the street of the hotel is not safe, and it is far from taksim about 15 mins, so you will not he comfortable to get back to the hotel at 12/1 o’clock for example.
