This hotel is centrally located between the Grand Bazaar and a few tram stops away from all the main attractions. The back streets are busy with importers of knock-off goods such as textile products, branded bags and so forth. Surrounded by numerous eateries and also cheaper ones can be found in the Faith area, compared to the more expensive ones in the touristy areas. Staff at reception were very receptive and helpful. The breakfast was just okay consisting of mainly veggie options with the highly diluted cordials The restaurant personnel might appear cold but I understood that this was due to the language barrier. The room cleaning was effected in a hastily fashion. The sheets & towels were not maintained in the best conditions. This hotel has great potential but attention to details have room for improvement.

The hotel was simply great; the reception was very nice. Friendly service, impeccable. The breakfast buffet was okay. Overall, I am satisfied. I can recommend this top facility to any family; it is right in the city.

Good location, clean rooms, beautiful view from the window. They moved in on the sixth floor (it's the uppermost), room 608. The view from the window is wonderful, but the window will not be left open for long, because from the height of the houses nearby you can hear ventilation coming out on the roofs. The room is good, comfortable, has everything you need, provided an iron on demand. Breakfasts are gorgeous, there's plenty to choose from. The location of the hotel is also good. The downside is a shower stall where the doors don't close tightly so water leaks to the floor, which can be dangerous. After pointing this out at the reception (some employees know Russian), no action was taken. It is also very inconvenient to go down from the sixth floor, as most guests cannot wait for the elevator and to get down to the first floor take the elevator here. I wanted to go for a massage. Unfortunately, massage is provided only in the sauna-scrub-massage complex, of which massage is only 5 minutes and costs 50 euros. When asked if all I want is a massage, there are no options. Pay 50 euros for 5 minutes of massage🤷🏻‍’”️
