We went to the red River hotel in our nouriz holiday in march 2019
We been surprised when we saw the hotel specially when we entered the allay of the hotel
The location is near the taksim square but there are alots of rosepi girl near the street of the hotel
The street is so sharp
Hotel didn't have loby . didn't have any breakfast.the room was so small.safty box was damaged and didn't work.
The air conditioner didn't work.the weather of the room at night was cold.
The manager of hotel said we clean the room every 3days.it was awufull.
There weren't any trash in the room.the room was completely different with the pictures.there weren't any toilet accessories in the toilet and bathroom.all of the tools in the kitchen were so old and damaged.the carpet was so dirty and old.there wasn't a mirror at the room only a little mirror in the toilet.he didn't exchanged the towel at all and we had to used the wet towel every day .I think this hotel really isn't a hotel.it is the apartment that a man rent to people.without any equipment and minimum requirements of the hotel.and I think the price of the hotel is so expensive
And also when we arrived the door of the hotel was closed and no lamp was on that we think we been in the missing way.and we didn't have a turkcell and we had to say to the man who worked in the supermarket next to the hotel.he called the manager of hotel and we waited for him to until he arrived about 30 minutes in the cold and dark wether and also we wet do tired.i never go to the red River hotel and never suggest to sb at all.
