Sultanahmet Suites

First of all I want to mention to all people before to pay money please make sure to see the quality of the hotel is soooooooooooooooo cheap + no good service at alllll also in the first day when we just arrived the 1st location was the desk of travel agency so they mentioned that there it will be the check in process witch also not full process is nothing after that they took us to another place they said just 2min will be there but after 5 min we still didn't reach yet we asked the guy there where is this place he said is near just for your information no one help us with our luggage as we are just 2 ladies when we asked the guy he said thia is not 5 stars as we know in all the wold there even 3 or r stars there is customer service but I believe you are scamers so you don't know anything about the hotels also when we reach there we hot shocked nothing was same as pictures nothing the room very dirty washroom also no amenities as they mentioned in all : trip advisor+booking. Com nothing even we complained to them travel agency spook with them we asked for refund in same time of our check in no answer they didn't give a shiit to us it's normal as they are scammer I hope the website will report this people as they just scamming people Last thing the hotel is soooooo far from the airport from many places actually just for your information So is bad location 😕

We stayed three nights at Sultanahmet Suites and had a good experience overall. The location is in the main Sultanahmet area, about a 10–15-minute walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace, and roughly 20 minutes to the Grand Bazaar. The neighborhood is charming and gives a nice glimpse of old Istanbul with traditional-style buildings and streets. This is more of an older apartment-style property than a typical hotel, but our room was spacious and had the basic amenities we needed. The biggest highlight of our stay was the service; Hüseyin (the general manager) was extremely cooperative and genuinely tried his best to make our stay comfortable. They can also help arrange tours and activities such as a Bursa Day trip, a Bosphorus dinner cruise, Istanbul city tours, and more. One suggestion for improvement: it would really help if guests were clearly informed in advance that the suites are about a 5-minute walk from the office/reception, as this can be inconvenient when carrying luggage. Overall, if you’re a traveler who values location, space, and helpful service, Sultanahmet Suites is a good choice.

Cleanliness and agility are good. I’d love to come back. The room was very spacious and clean. I took the parlor food in. Thanks for Mr. Hüseyn’s support.
