The Beyoglu House

My friend and I stayed for 4 days in this hotel. On the booking for this hotel, there are three types of rooms that I booked standard double room in the room, but when I arrived, I realized that the room was not standard. The management of the hotel on the site for the standard room specification has mentioned the city's view and the balcony and more area, but the room that delivered to me did not have any of these facilities and was located on the ground floor near the reception of the hotel and had no balcony or view of the city. The reception of the hotel when I was faced with my objections told me that I will change the room tonight or tomorrow morning and take you to the room you booked. I did not change my room during my stay, and only promised me every day. Breakfast was on the hotel's terrace, but it had a very dangerous staircase for traffic and there was a risk of falling. Breakfast was simple and brief. The hotel staff were not honest people.I put the profile of the standard room and the delivered room for comparison in the pictures

Stayed here for 4 nights earlier this month and the hotel suited what was required. The room was very basic but clean. The shower leaked quite badly so you had to be careful of the wet floor but the water was hot and good pressure. The room was on first floor overlooking busy bars and clubs and the noise went on until maybe 5.30am. I had no sleep pretty much the whole stay. Once the partying stopped the day for local business owners began so you had the noise from them starting their day. The staff that i met were friendly and helpful, bringing me a coffee to my room which was lovely. It was a 2 minute walk to Nevizade and Istikal street so perfect location wise but If im honest i probably wouldnt stay here again not as a reflection on the hotel but because of the noise.

It's a really really nice an cozy place staff are so cool and friendly. I enjoy and have great time there And I have to say staying in the first floor not so good beacause of the noises overall it's a beautiful nice place
