The Luxx Boutigue Hotel

I was charged 3 times by the hotel plus I was charged 100Turkish Lira extra, I contacted booking.coom for refund and still didn't get any any refund. I will rate this hotel zero star: it is dirty , extremely noisy , the curtains can't close, the doors can't close, the breakfast is poor , breakfast first come first service i.e. if you arrive late you will get no breakfast ! No toilet tissues, the toilet does not flush

What a shame , such good location but the hotel is just very in loved. Dirty damp towels with holes in them, no running water. The list goes on , we walked in and walked straight out! The biggest disappointment for me is that BA holidays list them such a quality airline should not be dealing with such hotel I will never use BA holidays again Avoid this hotel there are plenty of nice ones about

Now it's the 7th time that I stayed at Luxx Hotel during our trips to Istanbul , First of all the Location is the most ideal location only 2 min far from Metro Station , few minutes walk to Grand Bazar and same to Mosque . Even in the same street of the Hotels there's a lot of good Restaurants . In some booking we book only for a 2 person room and the staff gave us a bigger room . Staff is very helpful always arrange for airport shuttle . THANKS
