The Time Istanbul Hotel

Hotel to avoid urgently. A catastrophe on every level. We had to change rooms 3 times, the window door of our room did not close!!!. Black tapestry, toilet with leftovers from previous tenants, mini bar not working, smoking hotel, mold in the bathroom, missing light bulbs. Either you saw the street and you can't sleep because of the noise, or you saw a wall... Extremely thin walls, you even hear the neighbors flush.., What to say about the “Spa”...swimming pool at 6¢c, you have to pay for towels and the “hammam”. Everything is dirty, no locker room works, Poor soap hanging out in the shower. The pompom was the last day when we came home and the door to our room was open! We had to leave before the end so disastrous. It’s a scandal to mock people so much. This hotel is listed in several agencies as a 4-star while it does not have 1!!!!!

Ideal for a short stay, the hotel is located near the ultra center on the main artery. The street side view overlooks a large mosque lit up at night. This street is relatively quiet at night and the windows are very insulating on this side. La Room is great clean without much luxury. La Room of Bath is simple. The welcome is in Turkish or English by very friendly staff. Even if as often in Turkey it is necessary to First step “sympathy”. We are advised on excursions and means of locomotion with discounts. On Breakfast buffet is complete, classic and fresh. And the small plus the basement is equipped with a balneo center (hammam, swimming pool, Turkish baths, massage room). Free access to the Swimming pool and steam room is included, the rest is extra. Good welcome, well located👌👌👌all that is asked

The staff were very nice and they also tried to help us during our stay in Istanbul. I have to say they one of very few groups that are not trying to scam you. The hotel needs major renovation, and I mean major. We were told it was 4 star, it's around a 1.5 star at best. Expect a lot of noise as their is a Mosque next door. If they simply started working on this hotel it could be very nice, but even the furniture has worn stain/paint down to bare wood. Cleanliness is moderate to low. Beware of buying anything in Turkey, I've never been to a place ever with this many con-artists. If you buy anything make it a low cost purchase and do not trust what anyone tells you about any good or service you are purchasing. Double check everything online prior to traveling and during your stay in this place research everything online right before shelling out any money. You should type in scam into your search Turkey could be a great place to visit but I absolutely do not recommend it because there are so many crooks there trying to rip you off. It is non-stop. Again, the staff at the hotel were nice but that is all I can say was good.
