Staff is very casual. No swift response. First morning breakfast didn't come till 9am. There was no water in the property to drink. Receptionist trying to cheat n take money for small favors. Day time Receptionist was rude n continously on his phone. Cleaning lady was rude, out of 4 days stay sh didn't clean the room for rwo days under one excuse or other. Not recommended.

Very very bad hotel, bad service, no cleaning at all, no provision of daily necessities such as toilet paper and towels, electricity is cut off most of the time, and when you ask for a change of towels their response is that you have to use the same towel every day, and when I asked for toilet paper they told me that shops sell it. I had children with me and their daily needs had to be met. Electricity is essential for living anywhere, and there were long, thin stairs that were dangerous for children as there was no elevator.
