ARCADE HOTEL ISTANBUL

I extend my sincere thanks to the hotel staff for their warm welcome and excellent manners. They were incredibly courteous and respectful, readily offering their services with open arms. Truly a wonderful staff, especially the brother at reception whose name I can't recall, but he was always smiling, welcoming, and generous with his help.

Very well located, the room is spacious, bright, and very beautiful. Unbeatable staff, very pleasant, and the convenience of having a café in the hotel. Totally recommended. We will return.

Hello , what about this hotel!! Very disappointed, cleanliness full of dust I have never seen this, curtains very dirty , breakfast not varied at all, I stayed 10 nights if I could have changed I would have done it from the first night ... I advise against this hotel!! The 2 positives, we arrived at 7am the staff was kind and gave us the room (check in scheduled at 2pm) as well as the location, pity can do better.
