Hotel is fine, rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are friendly, especially Ismail who speaks good English. I enjoyed my staying at the hotel. The only negative thing about this hotel is the location, if you want to go to Taksim you have to climb a difficult hill, we tried it once, but never again, we were using taxis. for that reason I may not recommend it, or stay there again. Otherwise, the hotel itself is OK.

We stayed in this hotel apartment for 6 nights in 5th floor and we love it! beds are comfort, stylish clean rooms with perfect size and location is 5 mins walking to Taksim Meydani and 10 mins to Kabatas port if you are planning to go for Prince Island or Bursa. Reception officer Mr. Ismail was so friendly and helpful! he will be happy to help you with anything you want, also there was another officer while we checked in which I don't remember his name, he was very nice too. In addition, Ms. Hayriye (Reservation officer) was so friendly and helpful to manage our booking for any changes we needed, beside helping us getting early check-in & providing information for shuttle and trips as well. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel apartment. The only disadvantage that didn't effect our stay that maybe effecting others, that the elevator was small and tiny. Beside for older people, it may get harder to walk over the hill to get to Taksim. For me I luv walking and it didn't effect at any cost.

This my favourite place to stay in Istanbul the place very stylish clean rooms easy to access taksim just 8 minutes walking Metro station as will Tram T1 just 3 minutes. The perfect is the staff very helpful the speak good English especially Ismail .
